1. Introduction

SvitApps LLC (“SvitApps”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is an independent iOS app studio registered in Dover, Delaware, United States. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website svitapplications.com (the “Site”) and to the iOS applications we publish (the “Apps”), unless a specific App is accompanied by its own privacy policy, in which case that policy controls for that App.

The short version: we collect as little as possible. We do not sell your personal information, we do not run third-party ad networks on our Site, and most of the data our Apps need stays on your device.

Our Site and Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, consistent with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, gives you specific rights:

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We will verify your request using the email address associated with your correspondence and respond within the statutory period. You may use an authorized agent, in which case we may require proof of authorization.

10. Other U.S. state privacy laws

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights of access, correction, deletion, and portability, and the right to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or certain profiling. We are based in the United States, and information is processed on servers in the United States and other countries, which may have different data-protection rules than your country.

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Where we transfer data out of the EEA/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
